I am having 15450 as my rank in keam 2019. Will i get admission in SCMS college for CSE branch? Pls help me

Yes, you can get admission in scms college, but also in other better colleges like Model Engineering College Thrikkakara and College of Engineering chengannur. Do apply for all other good colleges as well so that you can get CSE branch for sure particularly as you are an aspirant of the same.
