As Per Your Marks,It's really Tough,Can say Impossible To Get Into Government Medical College,For Neet Cuttoff for General Category Student is 50th Percentile,So Let me tell You Total Marks In NEET Exam Is 720 and As a General Category Students If u Wanna Clear Cuttoff Of 50 Percentile that is 360 marks Out Of 720.
But yeah,Don't Loose hope U May Get Admission In Some Private College,Which Consider NEET Score For taking Admission In Their Courses Like,St.John Medical college,Bangalore,Kasturba Medical College Manipal,MIT,Sharda,Amity,and Some of Private colleges of Bangalores.

With a score of 260 in the general category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 500 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota and a score of 550 or above in the All India quota.
