Dear candidate,
If you are from obc ncl category and has a proof of it then you are eligible for giving jee advanced from obc ncl category. As per your percentile you are eligible for giving iit exam only if you apply your obc ncl category and you have cleared your cutoff and have successfully qualified for jee advanced. This year the required cutoff was around 70 percentile for obc ncl category and you've secured 74. So it's good. The criteria of 2.5 lakhs students giving jee advanced only applies of you don't have any category and you are from general open category.
