I am having 41 percent hearing disability. Can I get pwd reservation quota for mbbs admission in medical college through neet exam 2020

The Medical Council of India (MCI) has issued guidelines for Person with Disabilities (PwD) which are as follows
- Candidates having disability 40% - 80% extent are eligible for NEET UG 2020.
- Candidates having disability more than 80% are not eligible.
So yes, you can claim PwD reservation in NEET UG.
