i am having 74.5% .can i apply for fergusson pune .Is there any chance for admission for BA psychology

Actually the cutoff trend changes every year.so it is quite difficult to tell whether you will get it or not. Fergusson College is a private very good institute situated in Pune Maharashtra. And it is very much famous for psychology course.
You may get admission in ba psychology with 74 percentage if you belongs to Maharashtra student.If you are not it is quite difficult for you.
