I am having 84 percent marks in 10+2 exam and dependent ward of serving defence personnel. any chances of getting admission in BA(H) English, BA (H) Political Science and BSc(H) in Zoology in good college of DU

Hope you are doing great ! Without your category we can't say that whether you will get any college of DU or not ,but suppose that you are from general category then your chances of getting the DU is very less because this time competition is too high and students got high marks.
