i am having a pwd certificate under district.During ojee counselling will be it sufficient or i have to issue another high level pwd certificate and if then from where?

As per the new draft of Right of Persons with Disability, 2014 the certificate issued by the state authorities are valid all over the country. Since district offices also comes under the state so your certificate is valid.
