i am having my sc certificate of state gvt from uttarakjhand, i belong to delhi region. .. will it work in jac delhi collges. Or do i need to issue itt from delhi ncl.

See as per Supreme Court notice:
SC/ST members from one state cannot claim quota benefits in other unless caste notified there.
However, supreme court also said that for Delhi, you need not to do so. If you have SC/ST certificate from one state, you can claim quota in National Capital(Delhi).
So don't worry, it will work.
