If you want to write NEET, you should study Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in your 12th. So, if you have studied Biotechnoogy in your 12th also you are eligible for NEET. If you are from UR you should score 50% in these 3 subjects. But if you belong to OBC,SC,ST you need to score 40%. For PWD candidates it is 45%. If you fulfil this criteria and you will turn 17 years by December 31st of 2020, you are eligible for NEET 2020.

The Eligibility criteria to be eligible for NEET UG is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology/Bio-technology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognised board or university. Candidate belonging to general category must have atleast 50%, candidate belonging to PWD must have 45% and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL must have 40% in 10+2.
So yes, with even if you have studied Bio-technology in 10+2 you are eligible. Kindly check the eligibility criteria for minimum percentage requirement.

You need to have a combination of physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50% in these three subjects to be eligible for appearing in NEET examination. You did not have biology e in your listed subjects therefore you are not eligible for the date as of now.
