As b.com stands for bachelors of commerce and it is a three years course and it is a graduation course. you are eligible to get admission into b.com after class 12th there is no problem in that .
but it would very much depend on the nature of eligibility criteria the university sets up, so for that you need to go to the brochure of the decided university and browse through their criteria of admission. In addition to that there are online courses and lessons which you might want to look into as well as they come little or no eligibility criteria
