This is a whole new subject. Theoretical knowledge can be attained from books. There are so many with excellent materials noth for basic as well as advanced topics. Electronics needs hands on experience and it is not easy to grab. You may join offline classes. You can study the books-

- Solid state electronic devices by Ben G. Streetman
- Fundamentals of Logic Design by Charles H.Roth
