It varies from college to college.

Some colleges have a facility of both 11th and 12th std so in such cases you can continue your studies without any issues in the same college but if you are trying to change colleges then it depends on the college completely.

The top colleges may have a high cutoff and some colleges may have a mediocre.

So your answer is that it varies according to which college you are thinking of.

So there isn't a exact number I can give but try to get a score above 80% to have a chance at a good college.
