IE Irodov is a very good book for solving Physics Numericals. It includes good conceptual questions in such a wat that covers each and every topic. Although, this book consists of very tough problems.

Syllabus covered by IE Irodov :-

* Physical Fundamental of Mechanics

* Thermodynamics and Molecular physics

* Electrodynamics

* Oscillation and Waves

* Optics

* Atomic and Nuclear Physics

You can't solve the problems of this book, if your basic concepts are not clear. Because this book does not provide detail solution for the problems, only just hint provided to some questions thats makes you frustrate. As  you have mentioned that for 11th student, i will not suggest you to read Irodov first. First, you have to make command on your basic concepts, do practise and then come to this book, then you will feel confident regarding your topic.

Always remember, it's not all about the book you have read, its all about how much practise you do. Just clear your basics first. Then go for the book.
