Hello.,
For joining into the foreign education system you need to qualify particularly the English entrance test such as IELTS, TOEFL and PTE. You have to score maximum of 6-7 points in the exam preferred. You have other entrance exam depending on your courses.
Having a good score in these entrance exam may fetch you schlorship at foreign universities but you might have to pay some amount before the schlorship would be given. As the schlorship process would start after you join the university and get their placed after which you will get an approval for the schlorship.
