I am in 11th right now going to 12th this year (March) when do I have to start filling forms for colleges to get into bcom in India?

You, have more than one year for starting to fill up the form for colleges in getting admission in Bcom. You should first search for your ideal college and then start to apply for it after giving your pre-boards. Because for now your main concentartion should be in your boards exam.

due to covid 19 the admission process has quite delayed in last years and it is quite difficult to say about the form filling dates for undergraduate course admission.
generally admission to colleges starts on the month of may, or starting of june, when the results of the hsc course has published in central as well as state boards.
so keep an eye on careers360 website or follow colleges official website when your hsc exam would complete to get the latest information.
