I am in 11th science. what is the ways to do first upsc and after join IIST or IISER. please tell me detail information.

hi,
see upsc civil service exam is a national level recruitment exam , and you are eligible to give the exam after clearing graduation degree in any discipline, however after passing 12th you have chances to join iist ir iiser by securing good rank in jee main and jee advance exam, once you have completed your graduation you can able to give upsc exam.
