I am in 12 th class in commerce stream .What can I do after 12 th and where to apply except delhi university

There are plenty of options. But first I would like you to tell us what your interests are. Engineering and Science are out as they require science in class 12th. Options that are available to you is to pursue

Commerce - here you pursue B.Com. You can do ICWAI, CS or CA alongside which are really good options.

Design: Well NID is one exam. There is UCEED which allows you to syudy design in some IITs and it is a pretty good field that is seeing an increasing interest by many students.

Mass Communication/ Media - Well There are plenty of specializations in this like journalism, Radio/TV, PR and Advertising, Film Making, Editing and so on.

Fine arts: Well BFA is offered by many institutes and universities - notable amongst them is the JNAFAU. there will be an entrance test but BFA comes with many specializations like Animation, Applied Art, Visual Communication, Photography,  Painting, Sculpture to name a few

Arts: BA is offered in so many disciplines. You could specilize in languages if you have an interest and a flair for it.

Defence: NDA exam for the Army is another option.

Lastly you could also keep UPSC or a competitive exam in mind and complete your graduation while preparing for the exam.
