Hello aspirant,

Yes you can give neet after an year from 12th class.it will be considered as you took a long term or an year gap which many competitive aspirants usually take while giving exams related to medical and engineering entrances.

Hope this helps,

Thankyou.

Hi

Yes, it is completely ok even if you don't want to attempt neet this year when you are going to appear for 12th board examination, you can skip Neet 2021 and can appear directly appear in NEET 2022 there will be no problem.

This is because,

There is no rule which says that if you skip Neet for this year , you become in eligible for next year neet . So, don't worry you will be eligible for Neet 2022 even if skip neet  2021 provided

you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

  • at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

  • at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

  • at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Personal opinion :- I would suggest you to appear in NEET 2021 examination instead of skipping it. I know there are times when aspirants feel that they are not ready for the examination but trust me this is totally normal and you still have decent time to prepare well for Neet 2021 examination and in the worst case even if you are not able to perform well in NEET 2021 you can  simply take a drop and appear for Neet 2022 but appearing in NEET 2021 will be an added benefit as you will have the Real Experience of Neet examination and you will get to know the types of questions which are asked in the examination, their difficulty level etc so that you can prepare accordingly in your drop year

If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you

Thank you

You should give NEET after your 12th completion (12th Board Year), after full preparation and confidence. Incase, you value your aspirations, you may even plan a Drop for NEET. Change your strategy, select a proper Test Series as well as with Routine Preparation, you will surely Crack NEET.
