First I would like to clarify here that since you are Bombay based, you wont be eligible for KCET which is the state entrance. However you can apply through COMEDK. R V College takes NATA scores so you will need to appear for NATA and then apply through COMEDK. Of course you can also apply for the management quota if nothing else works. I cannot comment upon placements as there is not much information out about it.

If you want to enter into any institution providing b. Arch course, you need to take NATA test and you need to get passed. And you need to provide the 10, 10+2, certificates,  if you want fee reimbursement income certificate also.
