You will have to submit BAMS TC because you have joined BAMS. In such case gap certificate will not be necessary. Your BAMS certificate will act as the reason for your gap. Your migration certificate also shall be from BAMS. Because you joined Graduation after your 12th, the documents that you need to submit will of your Graduation. But at the same time, you will have to still submit your 12th marks sheet along with 10th marks sheet.
