It's great that you already had a clear future goal in mind at a young age, and I hope you can realise it.
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is now the minimum educational requirement for employment in any of the services through UPSC CSE.
You have a lot of options now that you are in class nine. You should place special emphasis on courses like English, General Science, History, Geography, and other ones that would be useful in your UPSC applicatio ns.
