I am in bba 6 sem. And after bba i want to do llb for which i need to or not to apper in clat 2019

You need not have to appear CLAT 2019. CLAT is meant for integrated course or LL.M.
As you are about to completed BBA, go for 3years LLB in some good college like DU or BHU or some other.
