As you want to do higher studies in foreign. For this you must need to choose a country. Then choose the course you want to do. Their are different test to get admission in foreign. Like ilets test for english countries. So you need to choose your aim first. But I want to tell you something many person from India want to study in Germany because their higher education is free in most of the case.
