In order to prepare M.Sc Physics BHU PET Entrance Exam you can prefer the Graduation level concerned subject syllabus for the programme. You can also prefer the previous year papers to know the level of the questions along with the paper pattern.
Do practise with the previous year papers as much you can and Note down the important points, It will help you at the time of revision. You can download the previous year papers with the given below link.
