Hello Tanu!
If you'll be in Class 11th this year then it's the right time to start your NEET-UG preparation.
You will have sufficient time in your hand. Most of the aspirants start preparing from this level only. Just be sure to make proper utilization of the 2 years (approx.) you have got.

Firstly, you need to know that your NEET question paper will be primarily based on your NCERT textbooks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology of Class 11th and 12th . So, make sure to choose these three as your core subjects (along with a compulsory language subject, i.e. English).
NCERT is just like the Bible for NEET. You need to get a deep understanding of all the concepts given in the textbooks.
Next, around 50% weightage is given to the NCERT PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) syllabus of Class 11th. So, you prepare a schedule for all the topics included and allot enough time to each of them. Try to start with Physics. It will require more time. Read the chapters thoroughly and then look for video lectures related to the topic you have just learnt for a better understanding. Make short notes. It will help you a lot during revision. Also, try to solve a few questions related to them by taking Chapter-wise tests and apply the knowledge you have gained there. If you see that you are able to solve the question, your concept is clear.
Suppose, in Physics, you have just completed learning the topics - Significant Figures and Errors, from Chapter 1-Physical World, on a Monday morning (say, at 6:30am).
Try to recall the topics at least 3 times and write down whatever you can remember (don't sit back to write down the whole theory, just go for brief points) -1.After 12 hours from learning the topic (i.e. at 6:30pm).
2. After around 2 days from the day you have learnt (i.e. on Wednesday evening).
3. After a week (i.e. on next Monday morning).
If you are unable to recall anything, go back to it immediately and revise well.

One crucial step is to sort out the important topics and know the chapter wise weightage for NEET.

In NEET-UG, for every correct answer, you will be awarded 4 marks and for every wrong answer, there is a deduction of 1 mark from your total score. This exam comprises of total 720 marks and 180 questions.
Biology alone has got the maximum weightage for NEET-UG : 50% (90 questions out of 180).
So, you should aim to score full 360 marks in this section.
45 questions come from Physics and 45 questions from Chemistry.
Most of the students score well in Biology. So, your scores in Physics and Chemistry sections will decide your rank and the medical college that you may get.

Remember that your Class 12th percentage is also significant in deciding your eligibility for NEET-UG. You must have to pass your 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board (as mentioned above). Candidates appearing for the class 12 or equivalent are also eligible to apply for NEET (2022 for you). You also must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022. There is no upper age limit and no limit on the number of attempts a student can make.

Try to complete the Class 11th syllabus for NEET by the end of this session (2020-21) itself. It will also help you in your school examinations. Focus more on concept based learning, frequent practice sessions followed by mock test taking. Don't miss out the previous year question papers. Stick to your schedule. Distinguish your strong and weak areas and plan accordingly. Don't forget to go for monthly revision sessions and performance analysis.

Just keep in mind that joining a coaching center has become more of a trend these days. It never guarantees you that you'll get a seat in your dream medical college.

At the end, what really matters is only the efforts made by you!
