Thank you for your query. It seems, you are aspiring to get into a reputed engineering college. As you have not mentioned the name of the college you would be interested in, let me tell you that you should set your eyes at preparing for National Level Entrance tests like IIT-JEE and also state level entrance tests. We are saying this as the syllabus for all the entrance tests are similar though the pattern of questions may be different.
You should join a good coaching if you need, for Phy, Chem and Maths or the subjects for which you think, you would need guidance. You should prepare well and solve as many test series as possible to identify your areas to work on. At the same time, this practice would instil confidence in facing the examinations.

All you have to do is give JEE entrance exams(main and advance) and score equally good percentile in that. You can practice from various websites and solve sample papers. Based on your 12th percentage and JEE score you can get admission in any engineering college near your locality or you can get in the top engg colleges if you have a very good average of the two combined
