NCERT Physics, Chemistry and Biology books of class 11th and 12th standard are very helpful source for AIIMS exam preparation.
Other Books you can prefer:
Physics:
- CBSE PMT by P. Aggarwal (set of 3 Volumes)
- HC Verma (Volume 2)
Biology:
- Pradeep’s
- Trueman’s Biology (Volume 1 and 2)
Chemistry:
- ABC Chemistry
- Organic Chemistry: Arihant Publications, Morrison Boyd
- Physical Chemistry: Peter Atkins and Julio de Paul
