NCERT Physics, Chemistry and Biology books of class 11th and 12th standard are very helpful source for AIIMS exam preparation.

Other Books you can prefer:

Physics:

CBSE PMT by P. Aggarwal (set of 3 Volumes)
HC Verma (Volume 2)

Biology:

Pradeep’s
Trueman’s Biology (Volume 1 and 2)

Chemistry:

ABC Chemistry
Organic Chemistry: Arihant Publications, Morrison Boyd
Physical Chemistry: Peter Atkins and Julio de Paul
