The subjects to be taken in class 11th highly depends on what you want to pursue in future, and what is your school providing as options, as different schools have different offering subjects.

There is entrepreneurship, history, geography, music, economics,  and many, many other subjects.

You should go for subjects like History, social sciences, economics,  languages etc.:.
