I am in class 12 from commerce stream without maths so I wanted to know the cut off precentage for bcom pass in hans raj college

Hansraj College college does not offer B.Com pass course. It offers only B.Com Hons course.
The eligiblity criteria for admissions to B.Com Hons course in University of Delhi is that the candidate should have passed class XII with Mathematics as compulsory subject. So, you can not take admissions in B.Com hons.
However there are many other colleges in Delhi University which offer B.Com pass course like
