    I am in class 12commerce and want to become Company Secretary. Is it required to fill the form to give CS exam after 12?

    Hello Abhishek,

    To become comapny secretary firstly you will have to clear you 12th class. After that you need to register yourself for cs through online mode, cs exam is conducted by ICSI.

    There are three stages in cs, firstly cs foundation exam which you will appaer for after 12th, than cs executive and then cs professional. After qualifying exams of all three stages you became company secretary.
