Hey Souvic,
The realisation that you have limited time in your hand, is a vital realisation which will motivate you to study even more. Make this fear your inspiration to study and get into a good college. I had a similar experience where i realised i had limited time a bit later than you, and i still did well in my boards and then gt a MBBS seat in a Govt. college. So dnt worry about the time.
You can do the following things in a step wise manner to complete your syllabus.
1) Go through previous years papers of all your subjects and make a list of questions and FAQs.
2) Identify your weaknesses and start working on them. I.e if u are weak in organic chemistry focus ua attention on it and get ur concepts cleared. Ask your teachers, friends and seniors abt your doubts and dnt shy away from them.
3) If you are a CBSE student most of the questions are predictable also use moderns ABC books for bio chem and physics as supplementary books as they explain concepts very well and many of the questions appear in the board exams.
4) Do Not Focus on entrance exams now. You will have enough time to solve MCQs after your boards are done. What u need to do now is to clear the concepts that have not been cleared. Also know that the basics u learn now will help u in your entrance exams too, so in a way ull be studying for them without losing focus on your boards.
5) Make time for yourself. Make sure you get enough sleep and are fresh the next day to grasp the concepts required.
6) Try to finish the portion in next 4 months and keep the last month only for revision. It is very much possible to complete the portion in 4 months if you give enough time. I did it and i was an average student.
7) One month before exams should only be for revision and nothing else. You can fine tune yourself but calm and ample sleep is very much imp while writing exam.
Do not worry, many students like u realise what you have around this time and do great in boards. Wish u all the best for the boards and entrance.

First relax .......
6 months time is more than enough start with first making list of all the chapters and paste them in front of ur study table . start doing them and mark tick on the chapter that is done this will reduce ur tension .
Now the chapters which are currently being taught do them with the teacher always backlog gave us problem and in the time left in day complete ur chapters that u haven't done yet .
U will be able to complete everything in time trust urself and do ur work

at first what should I do..??which subject I start to read??.. I did not read anything...so what should I start first??is is math or chemistry or physics or biology??what I start??
Start it with the subject u like so u don't feel burdened and this thing goes out of ur mind that u don't know anything .
If u can try to study in groups with ur friends who have done the topics that u left.
Group studies are always better
