I think you should focus on your 12 Boards  more as you need to fullfill the minimum eligibility requirements to even give the entrance exams , but that doesn't mean to discard your entrance preparation.

For BITs you need 75% aggregrate and 60% in each subject.

Just focus more on your 12th.

BITSAT has one of the tough entrance exam. So, you have to work hard for getting admission in BIT. As per the eligibility criteria, the minimum aggregate of PCB/PCM group should be 75%. Candidate should have also scored minimum 60% marks in each subject individualy(for PCM/PCB). So, you shuld focus on these subjects.

You can solve previous year question paper for practice and mock test will help you in your preparation. Focus on the chapters that are included in the syllabus of BITS entrance exams also. So that you just have to revise it. You can start your preparation for entrance exam but focus on 12th more.
