I understand that you are a current student at an off site campus of the Delhi University and thus wish to migrate to the North Campus and so to answer your question you need to first visit the admission office of either your campus or the North campus and obtain a migration form. You then need to fill this form up and submit it to the head of your campus for the migration. If there is a vacancy and that your grades are good enough, then you would be able to migrate to the north campus of DU.
