Yes you can give gate exam in 2020.One can give gate exam in final year of his graduation or after doing the graduation.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the GATE 2020 exams. You can give the exam twice only so just go and prepare very nicely as it is not very easy  and if you score good marks you can get an IIT for Mtech.
