I am in first year bba in Ahmadabad Gujarat university. I want to change university and college after first semester. I want to go in saurashtra university. what can I do?

Yes you can Change your college, if both the colleges come under same university. Otherwise it will be difficult. So check the affiliated condition of colleges. Then keep your academic background well to process easily. No backlogs should not be there.
