Hello,

You are eligible for ssc cgl if you are an appearing candidate in final year or you have completed your graduation.as you have taken admission in 2021 your third will be in 2023-2024.you can apply in year 2023.ssc exam and its results takes more than one year to complete whole process of recruitment you get lot of time to get your results.
