The eligibility criteria of UPSC is candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, there's no specific aggregate required in this case, you need to attain 21 years and can apply even in the final year.
Now, to answer your question your post graduation have got nothing to do with eligibility criteria of UPSC, you already fulfill the criteria by being a graduate, and even though you have not mentioned your category in case you belong to General, you can give UPSC till 32 years, for SC/ST till 37 years, for OBC it's upto 35 years.
