I am in frist year in diploma can we change the collage after 1st year

Dear Student,
Yes ..you can change your college after 1st year , but in that case you need to take permission from your college authority , In most of the cases , if you change your college within same university , there may not be any huge problem .. but if University needs to change .. then you may require migration certificate or No objection certificate from your respective University to change the college with their permission .
