As you mentioned that you are in the last year of the B.Tech and want to continue their study from abroad so yes you can do your higher study from abroad so there are some requirement:
So once you decided whether you want to continue your higher study from the engineering or management the first you have to do is that you have to choose to write whether GRE or GMAT additionally you can also take IELTS/TOEFL... and also different colleges require different CGPA and your graduation degree..
