Yes of course you will be eligible for SSC CGL after completing your B.Tech and even you can appear for SSC CGL exam in your final year, provided that you fulfil other eligibility requirements as discussed below :-
>> Candidate must be an Indian citizen or the subject of Bhutan/ Nepal or Tibetan refugee who moved to India, before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
>> Candidate should have bachelor's degree in any discipline. Or final year students can also appear for it.
>> Age limit is 18 to 32 years and it varies according to the post.
