I am in my final semester in Msc Biochemistry and I have scored 591 in BT and 524 in XL can I apply for Mtech and PhD programmes in IIT and NITs? also what are my chances?

see your biotechnology score is high compare to XL score in gate. HOWEVER you CAN MENTION BOTH OF THE SCORE IN GATE COUNSELLING OF ccmt. However I would suggest to apply for m.tech bio technology course since it is quite popular now and governments and private organizations are funding for biotechnology based research. based on previous years score analysis you have good chances for nit durgapur biotechnology stream.
