Your  marks are quiet less to get a seat in government college knowing the fact that Tamil Nadu has the highest cutoff. Talking of which last year least marks to secure a seat from unreserved category was 602 marks in IRT Perundurai medical college,from OBC it was 588 marks ,from SC 543 marks and from ST 522 marks  in raja muthiah medical college. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
