I am in the 11th class and I want to become an android and IOS developer ......so I want to ask where to start for beginning what I should learn first. Pls guide me

As of now as you are in class 11th so I would recommend that your major focus should be in your academics and you can do the research on this as a part time on weekends. 11th standard forms the crux of your future atleast till entrance examinations.
So, if you have taken computer science in your 11th std. then kindly focus on programming language which is been taught in school. Then you can start learning python then practice programming in platforms like hackerearth, code chef and a few more. You can practice from any one.
You can also study courses on app development from Coursera an udemy.
As you are saying that i can learn app development from coursera an udemy but before learning that course we should know anything before entering in the course?
And one more que ( that for learning android development we should learn web development before learning android?
