In India, till date only IIT Indore provides the Msc program in Astronomy which needs to have BSc Physics for which you need to have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in your 10+2. Apart from this, there are institutions like IUCAA, NCRA, TIFR etc which offers Doctoral Programs in Astronomy & Astrophysics but for that also you need to have BSc/MSc Physics & for that Mathematics is required in your 10+2.
So as you don't have Mathematics then going for the course of Astronomy can be a hurdle for you. For that you can appear for the NIOS & through that you can pursue, your passion.
