Hi,Aspirant

Let me Tell you Both are B.Tech Courses,Which have Vast Oppourtunity in Today as well as in Future,Coming To B.TECH in ECE(Electronics and Communication Engineering),Should focused on Designing/Modifying/Testing/Processing Digital Signals/Communication/VLSI/Integrated Circuits and Digital transmission of Wireless E.t.c.

While CSE(Computer Science and Engineering),is one of The Vast growing Field of Modern Era which leads to Interact Human with Computer, and making the Computer think as Human Called Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning/Computer Vision/Natural Language Processing...e.t.c

SO,Now it's upto you to choose wisely which branch is better for you,and where you want to pursue your career.

All the best
