see admission to master course in engineering in abroad university of canada, United states, UK etc is based on GRE/ GMAT score and english proficiency test like ielts, toefel score. so you must prepare for this examination from third year of your engineering. apart from this candidates must have good academic record, project work , publications of research journal to get better score on profile. however you have to select among subjects like power engineering, communication engineering, electrical design etc to pursue masters course. some of the best university which offers masters course in EEE is as follows:
