The answer is Chandigarh University, without even a second thought. Reasons are many but most importantly, NIRF ranks, both for Engineering and overall, Chandigarh university has far better ranks than LPU. Secondly, Chandigarh University is located in close vicinity of Chandigarh, well connected to airports too. whereas LPU is situated in some interior location of Punjab. Thirdly, from placements point of view also, Chandigarh university is doing records every year. So, my recommendation is Chandigarh University.
