Hello aspirant,

Though BAMS is a good career option but if  you want to pursue your career with management field, you surely can as you have studied graduation, for managment you can proceed with MBA as a postgraduation. You may give some top level entrance examinations like CAT, GMAT, XAT for MBA or can pursue with any other private managemnt college also. Hope the information help you.
