I am intrested in air hostess course,is there any colleges in bangalore for that?
You chose well!
The minimum eligibility to become an airhostess is 18 years.
Their are no certain colleges to specifically study an airhostess course! Though you can take ug courses like bba travel and tourism, bcom travel and tourism etc.
And also there are separate airhostess training centers like frankfinn academy, aptech aviation academy, PTC aviation academy in Bangalore which help in grooming people to become and airhostess or attend an airhostess interview as conducted by different airlines.
They teach you everything right from makeup styling your hair, your dressing ethique, body language and structure, confidence building etc.
So I suggest you go to any airhostess training centers to build an airhostess career.
Wish you all the best!

DGCA (the Indian regulatory authority which is responsible for regulatory and safety oversight of Indian aviation, and a lot more), specifies that Cabin Crew need to be trained on the Specific type of aircraft they work on. This is called Safety and Emergency Procedures(SEP) training and is specific to a particular type of aircraft(For example, Cabin Crew with SEP card from Go Air can join Indigo without a full training again because both the airlines operate the same type of aircraft-A320 but crew with a SEP card on ATR-72/Q-400 of Jet/Spice Jet cant have to get trained afresh on A320 if joining Indigo or Go Air by that airline), this training deals with crew understanding of aircraft, response in case of emergency etc, which is the primary duty of cabin crew.
A SEP card is issued to the crew after they pass the exams after this training only after which they can fly.
You can do courses from:
Air Hostess Academy (AHA), Bangalore
Lovely Professional University, Punjab
Air Hostess Academy (AHA), Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune
Hi Roopa,
Air Hostess Academy (AHA), Bangalore. One needs to be bold enough to dream big .I mean there is nothing that is impossible.I’d recommend the way, as getting the training/course done from airlines directly, will completely strike off any job insecurity that you might have if you do this course/training from any Air-Hostess institute or something like that. They hire you, train you, certify you, and then place you with themselves only.Job Security is the only thong that matters while opting for Institutes/Educational Centres.
All the best!!
